So, just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year, and say that my resolution is to draw at least an hour every day. Starting with this Christmas drawing I started 2 days before Christmas, and it will be finished, and I don't care how late it is xD You have been warned~
So Happy New Year DA, and if my resolution works out, be prepared for a lot more of my shoddy work.

Is Kota a guy?
Your figures are stiff. Drawing from a reference, and becoming familiar with life-drawing, will help relax the poses.
Also consider Gesture Drawing.
P.S. Thanks for the watch. My heart goes out to you.
And yeah, most of the time xD He's a Demonic Changeling, though I usually change the name for his other forms as well.
And yeah, I know x.x; But I usually have a hard time deciding a pose before I start drawing, and when you don't, stiffness is usually the result. I'm trying to loosen it up, though...
You're welcome, and thank you for taking the time to give a response, especially one more then "Thanks."
Sometimes some very beautiful things come out spontaneous drawings. This is largely how Bill Watterson of Calvin and Hobbes worked. Kept things fresh.
Still, some loose gesture of the form would help. Possibly a line to indicate the spine. I find my own work falls apart without it.
Best of luck!
And please continue to enjoy Material Girl ^_^
